Water Recycling Center Area
Seoul is served by four Water Recycling Centers: Nanji, Seonam, Jungnang, and Tancheon.
Interceptor sewers installed along rivers such as the Han River and Jungnangcheon collect and transport domestic sewage to these water recycling centers, preventing sewage from being discharged into rivers and thus playing a key role in preventing river pollution.
