Definition of Residents in the Surrounding Area of Seonam Center
- According to the Seoul Metropolitan Ordinance on the Installation and Management of Water Recycling Facilities, residents living within 300 meters of the boundary of the water recycling facility are considered part of the surrounding area.
- Residents of Gayang 1-dong (Magok-dong), Banghwa 1-dong, and Banghwa 3-dong are defined as residents of the surrounding area.

Priority for Usage Allocation
- Priority 1 Allocation
- Clubs composed of residents from the surrounding areas (Gayang 1-dong, Banghwa 1-dong, Banghwa 3-dong)
- All club members must have registered addresses and confirmed residency in the surrounding area for priority status (1st tier) - Priority 2 Allocation: / Clubs composed of Gangseo-gu residents or workplace clubs based in Gangseo-gu
- For resident clubs, priority status (2nd tier) is granted when all members have registered addresses and confirmed residency in Gangseo-gu
- For workplace clubs, priority status (2nd tier) is granted when the workplace is located within Gangseo-gu, and all members are confirmed to be employed at the same workplace - Special Allocation
- Public soccer tournaments (e.g., Seoul Mayor's Cup, Gangseo District Mayor's Cup, Gangseo Union President's Cup)

Registration
- Registration is granted according to the 1st and 2nd tier priority allocation, provided there are no disqualifying factors for each of the following items submitted as supporting documents :
- Club Member List
- Clubs must consist of at least 25 members
- Use the designated club member list form - Proof of Residency (Resident Registration Certificate and ID) ⇨ Required for resident clubs in the surrounding area or Gangseo-gu
- Documents will be returned after confirming address and residency - Copy of Business Registration, Employment Certificate, and ID ⇨ Required for workplace clubs
- Documents will be returned after confirming workplace location and employment status - School soccer teams (elementary, middle, high school, university) are not eligible for club registration.

User Guidelines
- Smoking, cooking, and the use of fire are prohibited inside and around the soccer field,
especially due to the proximity of gas storage facilities, which pose a fire and explosion risk.
- A fine of KRW 100,000 will be imposed for smoking in public facility no-smoking zones. - The Gangseo-gu Public Health Center will provide no-smoking signs, information boards, and promotional materials to designate the soccer field and its surroundings as non-smoking areas. Gangseo-gu Public Health Center Center staff will conduct regular inspections, and fines will be imposed on smokers caught violating the policy.
- Responsible Department: Gangseo Health Center, Health Management Department (02-2600-5870). Note: Strict compliance is required due to the risk of fire and explosion from gas storage facilities adjacent to the soccer field.
- A fine of KRW 100,000 will be imposed for smoking in public facility no-smoking zones. - Prohibited Actions :
- Drinking alcohol
- Littering
- Entry of pets, bicycles, motorcycles, skateboards, and inline skates
- Bringing beverages other than water, such as soft drinks or coffee, and food inside the soccer field
- Entry of non-players into the soccer field
- Supporters and spectators must stay outside the protective fence
- Smoking, cooking, and the use of fire are prohibited inside and around the soccer field,
especially due to the proximity of gas storage facilities, which pose a fire and explosion risk.
Those who fall under the following description will be removed without a refund :
- 1st Violation : Warning (same-day)
- 2nd Violation : 30-day ban
- 3rd Violation : 60-day ban
- 4th Violation : 1-year ban
- Beyond 4th Violation : Permanent ban
- For fraudulent reservations (both parties involved in transfers) : Permanent ban
Penalties for Rule Violations
Users must adhere to their reserved facilities and designated usage times. Those who engage in any of the following behaviors will be removed without a refund :
- 1. Transfer of reservations between individuals
- 2. Personal lessons or training sessions
- 3. Smoking, drinking, eating, or cooking inside the facility
- 4. Bringing hazardous materials (gas burners, electrical devices)
- 5. Disturbing or harassing other users
- 6. Using the facility for unauthorized purposes (e.g., commercial activities)
- 7. Failing to use the designated equipment and shoes (e.g., specialized footwear)
- 8. Damaging or vandalizing the facility (users will be required to restore or compensate)
- 9. Parking outside the designated area (ensure contact information is displayed)
- 10. Failing to comply with requests for ID verification or legitimate demands from staff (including instructors), obstructing operations, and engaging in threatening behaviors such as sexual harassment or verbal abuse
